The Major Component Inspection is for those clients who only want an inspection of the major components. The Major Component inspection includes the roof, chimney, flashing, gutters, ventilation, foundation, basic framing, the electrical system, main heating system, and the plumbing systems (water supply, sanitary drainage, and fuel supply piping). The Major Component Inspection includes any letters written on your behalf and our exclusive Truth In Housing Guarantee. Note: If there is an adverse condition observed outside of the typical major component items the inspector will report on them in the report at no extra charge. The Red Flag Whole House Inspection is an inspection which covers 27 components of the structure and any adverse condition found. The inspection is designed to red flag negative conditions found in a checklist, narrative, and oral instruction format. The Whole House Inspection covers roof, roof flashing, roof drainage, flues and vents, foundation, exterior site conditions, patios and decks, exterior coverings, soffit and fascia, windows, doors, building framing, basement general conditions, attic area, plumbing systems (water supply, sanitary drainage, fuel supply piping), hot water tank, the electrical system, main heating system, overall room inspection, chimneys, garage, and other identifable items.
