Independent Property Inspection Consultants offers our commercial client's a choice of three inspection options from which they may select.
Option 1: A basic overall inspection of site and structure to determine a physical condition assessment of individual components which are accessible and are visual. The fee for this inspection option is $495.00*
* Includes up to 1,500 square feet of structure and 1 acre of land area.
Option 2: A basic overall inspection of site and structure to determine a physical condition assessment of individual components which are accessible and are visual. The square footage of the structure must be in excess of 1,500 square feet. The fee for this inspection option is $495.00* plus .09 cents per square feet of inspected area over 1500 square feet.
Option 3: A client may request a customized inspection to fit their particular needs at our hourly rate. The client may select which components they need inspected. The minimum inspection time is four hours. The hourly rate is $60.00 per hour.
Notice: All inspection options require a signed inspection agreement. A deposit of one third of the estimated inspection fee is required before an inspection will begin. All inspections include a written inspection report delivered as agreed. The balance of the inspection fee is due at time of report delivery unless otherwise agreed with regular clients.
